At Geisinger Nanticoke, Geisinger’s expert care in primary care for all ages is closer to you than ever before. In 2014, we invested $3.8 million to build a state-of-the-art, 12,000-square foot facility right in downtown. With board certified primary care physicians, pediatricians and advanced practitioners on staff, we are dedicated to meeting the health care needs of you and your entire family.
 
When you need a physical or when you need help managing a chronic illness, we've got you covered. With your busy schedule in mind, we bring you a wide range o fhealth services on-site, including lab and cardiology, so you don't have to travel elsewhere for your important medical care. For your convenience, we offer same-day, weekday and evening appointments, and accept most insurances.
 
Coordinating care with our Skilled Nursing Facilities
Geisinger’s Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Program, staffed by Geisinger physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, provides both acute and transitional care to patients living in area nursing homes, enhancing the care they already receive from nursing home staff. The SNF Program streamlines patient transition from physician offices or hospitals to the nursing home and improves patient outcomes to reduce the need for hospitalization, working closely with nursing home staff to coordinate and improve patient care.
