In partnership with The New Love Center in Jersey Shore, Geisinger Fresh Food Farmacy offers qualified patients access to wholesome food as part of our innovative "food as medicine" program. Here, healthcare and nutrition come together to support your well-being.

We provide patients with diet-responsive conditions, such as A1c diabetes, with enough food to prepare 10 nutritious meals each week for themselves and their household. Our clinical care team supports patients in managing their conditions and embarking on a journey toward better health. Geisinger patients with a referral are welcome to visit us at this convenient satellite location.
