About us

An emphasis on quality care in your community
When you visit Geisinger Nicholson, you'll feel like you're with family. Our local staff is dedicated to your health care needs, right here in your community.
Our close-knit team, including a husband and wife doctor duo, work together to bring you the very best care. We treat every patient with the individual attention of a family member or lifelong friend. And your convenience is also a top priority, so we offer early-morning and evening hours.
Our physicians make their mark outside of Wyoming County, too. Every year they travel to a Third World country to provide their medical expertise for people living there.
For all of these reasons, people travel far and wide - even from the state of New York - to get their health care from the staff at Geisinger Nicholson. An easy drive down Route 11, our small clinic is a place you will love to visit for all of your medical needs. Just like home, you're always welcome here.

Coordinating care with our Skilled Nursing Facilities

Geisinger's Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Program, staffed by Geisinger physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, provides both acute and transitional care to patients living in area nursing homes, enhancing the care they already receive from nursing home staff. The SNF Program streamlines patient transition from physician offices or hospitals to the nursing home and improves patient outcomes to reduce the need for hospitalization, working closely with nursing home staff to coordinate and improve patient care.
