We offer comprehensive physical therapy services, including a specialty in McKenzie therapy and cancer rehabilitation, to treat a wide variety of conditions. The McKenzie Method, also known as Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy or MDT, begins with an initial assessment that uses repeated movements and sustained positions to determine the exact source of pain. Treatment then focuses on the source and typically spans only four to seven visits with the therapist, followed by a plan of patient self-care.
